Analyze

I reflected on common challenges professionals face with time management, drawing from research and informal conversations with peers. I also did a quick scan of popular productivity frameworks to ensure the content would be relevant and useful.

Design

I mapped out learning objectives and created a storyboard for the video. I structured the content to follow a logical flow, introducing the problem, presenting strategies like prioritization and time blocking, and giving quick tips. I aimed to make it concise, engaging, and immediately applicable.

Develop

I built the video in Vyond, using animation, voiceover, and pacing techniques to support different learning preferences.​

Implement

Since this was a personal project, I published the video on my portfolio to demonstrate my design capabilities.

Evaluate

While I didn’t formally evaluate it, I shared the video with a few peers and to get feedback.
